How do I add a personal identity number to my account?

To add a personal identity number to your account, log in to My Page with your email and password. Then enter your personal identity number under profile settings.

  1. Go to the log-in page for My Page and log in using your email and password.

     

  2. Click the arrow next to your name in the top right corner.

  3. Click Profile settings and enter your personal identity number in the Personal identity number field, following the format indicated for the field.

  4. Click Save.

Tip! If you do not see a field for the personal identity number under profile settings, the organisation you are applying to has not enabled this feature. Please contact the organisation if you need further assistance.
