      How do I log in with BankID?

      To log in with BankID, you need to have a personal identification number linked to your account. This can be added under 'My Profile' on 'My Page'.

      Please note that this requires the organization where you are creating your account to offer the BankID service. You can ensure this by navigating to the organization's 'My Page,' clicking on 'Sign in,' and checking if the BankID option is available to select.

      1. Select "Sign in" from the top menu and click on "Email and password."
      2. Log in with your email address and password.
      3. Click on "My Profile."
      4. Enter your personal identity number according to the format specified for the field.
      5. Click "Save".
      6. Click "Log out."
      7. Click on "BankID."
      8. Follow the instructions for BankID login.
      9. If you successfully log in to "My Pages," the information has been entered correctly, and you can now use BankID for login and signing. If you do not log in correctly, repeat the steps under "Add your personal identity number" to ensure that your personal identification number is entered correctly.
