What should I do if I do not receive the one-time code during the two-step verification?

When you log in with your password, an additional verification code is sent to your email address. If you don’t receive the code, start by checking your spam folder.

  1. If you don’t receive the code to your primary email address, first check your spam folder.
  2. You can request a new one-time code by clicking the link “Didn’t receive the one-time code?”.
  3. If you have added and verified a secondary email address, you can request a new one-time code to that address.
  4. If you still don’t receive the code, contact the organization you are trying to log in to.
