Sometimes you may need to force your browser to fetch the latest version of a website instead of loading it from the browser's cache. How you do this depends on your computer and browser, but we have some tips to help you.
Note: Clearing your browser's cache may log you out of websites where you were previously logged in automatically.
"Hard Reload"
Before clearing your browser's entire cache, there is a less disruptive method to fetch the current webpage from the server. If this does not work, we recommend proceeding to clear the cache as described below.
For Windows Computers with Chrome, Firefox, or Edge: Press Ctrl+F5 on your keyboard (If this is not enough, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R).
For MacOS Computers with Chrome or Firefox: Press Shift+Command+R on your keyboard.
For MacOS Computers with Safari: Unfortunately, there is no simple shortcut for forcing a hard reload in Safari. Instead, press Command+Option+E to clear the cache, then hold down Shift and click Reload in the toolbar.
