How do I remove a participant from my application?

On My Page, you can either remove or deactivate a participant, depending on the status of your application.

Remove or deactivate a participant on an ongoing application:

  1. Log in to My Page and click on the "Drafts" tab.
  2. Click the arrow next to the "Edit" button on the application you want to remove or deactivate a participant from.
  3. Click on "Participants" and then the pencil icon to the right of the participant's row.
  4. Click "Delete" or "Deactivate" and then "Save." Note: If you delete a participant, they will be removed from the application entirely. Deactivating a participant allows you to reactivate them later.
  5. The participant is now either deactivated or removed from the application.

Deactivate a participant on a submitted or returned application:

  1. Log in to My Page and click on either the "Submitted" or "Returned" tab, depending on the status of your application.
  2. Click the arrow next to the "Edit" button on the application where you want to deactivate a participant.
  3. Click on "Participants" and then the pencil icon to the right of the participant's row.
  4. Click "Deactivate" and then "Save."
  5. The participant is now deactivated on the application.
