How do I report?

You report your granted application via My page and the tab Reports. It is the organisation that uploads the report(s) to My Page. If the option to report is missing, please contact the organisation.

Note: The instructions below describe how to fill out the report on My Page. However, you should contact the organisation you are applying to (or through) to find out which reporting conditions apply in your specific context.

  1. Go to My Page and click on the Reports tab.
    1. Under "Ongoing Reports," you will see current reports including final submission dates and status.
    2. Under "Submitted Reports," you will find previously submitted reports.
  2. Click on the reference number, subject  or the "Report" button on the right to open and fill out a report.
  3. The report must be in editing mode for you to be able to fill it out. The first time, the report automatically opens in editing mode. The next time you click on the report, it will not be in editing mode. You must then first open the report in editing mode:
    1. Click on the report and scroll to the bottom of the page.
    2. Click on "Edit." The report will now open in editing mode.
  4. Fill out the report and then choose to save or submit the report.
    1. Click on "Save" to come back at a later time and continue filling out the report.
    2. Click on "Submit" if you wish to hand in the report. You can not edit a submitted report.
