How do I download my application?

You can download your application (whether it is a draft, returned, or submitted) as a PDF file. The PDF version contains all the information entered into the application at the time of download.

Drafts and/or returned application

  1. Log in to My Page.

  2. Find the application you want to download.

  3. Click the arrow next to the Edit button.

  4. Click Download application


Submitted application

  1. Log in to My Page.

  2. Find the application you want to download.

  3. Click the subject/title of the application.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  5. Click Download application on the left.
