How do I open my locked application?

If your application has a padlock icon, it means you are logged in with limited access.

If this is your first time logging in and you cannot create an application, you might have logged in as a pseudo-user. This means you do not have an account and need to create one.

If you have an account but see a padlock on the application, it is because the organisation you are applying to requires you to log in with enhanced authentication to create an application.

If you already have an applicant account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on My Profile at the top left.
  2. Enter your personal identity number and click Save.
  3. Log out.
  4. Log in again with BankID.
  5. Create or continue your application.
