The owner of the application can invite participants based on four different roles. The difference between these roles is the level of access they have to the application.
Note that all roles require the invited individual to register an account.
Owner
An Owner is ultimately responsible for an application both administratively and legally. The role cannot be shared with others but can be transferred to another account as long as the application has not been submitted. After an application is submitted, the Owner role can only be transferred at the initiative of the organisation's administrator.
Editor
The Editor role gives the participant the right to co-author the application together with the Owner and other editors. Note that the Owner is responsible for the overall content of the application and is also the one who submits it for processing.
Reporter and reader
The Reporter and reader role gives the participant the right to create and submit reports related to the application, together with the Owner and others with the same role. The role is also given the right to read the submitted application as a basis for reporting.
Requisitioner
The Requisitioner role gives the participant the opportunity to represent the receiving party in the application regarding requisition. The final decision on who may requisition granted funds is made by the organisation. Note that this role may require the participant to verify their identity using electronic identification, such as Swedish BankID.
Reader
A Reader is invited by the Owner to view an application or report in its compiled form. The Reader role provides limited access to the application, allowing the participant to read it in its entirety.
