Why can I not submit my application?

If you cannot submit your application, ensure you started it within the current application period, completed all required fields, obtained necessary signatures, and checked the General Application Conditions box.

  1. If there is no Submit button in the final step, the application was created in a now closed period and cannot be submitted. To submit an application, you need to create a new one using the "Start a new application" button.
  2. Ensure that the application is complete and that the information is correctly provided according to the instructions on the application.
    1. You can tell if the application is complete when the steps/headings at the top of the application are marked in green (some organisations use their own color scaling, but the step should be a different color than when you started filling out the application).
    2. If a step is not marked in green, mandatory information is missing or incorrectly provided (e.g., incorrect format). This must be corrected for the application to be submitted. Note that mandatory fields have an asterisk to the right and an orange frame around them.
  3. Check that you have ticked the box for acceptance of the General Application Conditions, located in the final step, just above the Submit button.
  4. If the application needs to be signed by parties other than yourself, this must be done before the application can be submitted. Check that the signing party has signed the application by checking the status under the "mandatory signatures" section in the final step.
