Why do I have limited access when I log in?

If you have limited access when you log in, you have probably logged in with BankID without a personal identity number registered to your account, or you have not created an applicant account.

If you do not have an account, you can register one by following these instructions.

You cannot create multiple accounts with the same email address or personal identity number. If you have forgotten your password, you can find instructions on how to reset it here.
